I feel that now, or very soon, being able to program, not to be a programmer, but to have a tool to use in day to day things… will be as necessary to functioning in this world as being able to use a calculator has been.

The concept of Code Year is basically to present a lesson once a week that is really easy to do online. It’s very light, and plays like a video game. Bloomberg has even pledged to do it. I went through some of the lessons and it’s great. Even makes me remember a few things that I’ve forgotten!
