Leaving with Taiwanese Prescription

It has been my experience that when I am prescribed medicine here, I am just given a bag with the silver pop-out packets of the tablets that I need. I want to go on vacation to the Philippines in a few months and I don’t want to be accused of smuggling when I leave/arrive. Has anyone had experience with this? I will try to ask my doctor for some sort of official note or prescription bottle next time I go, but I thought I would ask the community in case you guys knew what to do…

No experience about going to Philippines with prescription drugs, however when I traveled to Canada and France with Taiwan-prescribed drugs, I was never asked anything.
Just in case I was asked about them, I always keep the pop-out packets in the original bags with any papers that the drugs came with. The papers/bags usually have information such as your name, drug names and dosage.
