Do they sell leg warmers for kids and adults here?

What kind of leg warmers are you looking for? The electrical one or the “first aid jelly bag” that you can put in hot water? I have no idea for the electrical one but for the “jelly bag”, you can find it anywhere next to a major hospital and even at Watson’s.
If you mean leg warmers like the ones we wore in the 80s, yes! The area behind the Taipei Main Station has shops that sell socks and hosiery. I’ve seen leg warmers for children and adults there the last couple of years.
