I’ll be graduating Law School in May 2013, taking the bar, and then moving to Taiwan or mainland China (leaning Taiwan) for language study for the 2013-2014 school year. (I’ve previously lived in mainland China as an English teacher, and have studied Mandarin in college for eight semesters as an undergraduate, and am continuing to study Mandarin.) The areas of legal specialization that I am working on are international law and aerospace (I’m not limiting myself to one or the other). I’m hoping to (after doing my year of full-time language study in-country) look for a job in an international company where I can combine my language background with my knowledge of international and U.S. law.
Any thoughts on what the market is like and how I should go about looking for a job?
