Hi, I currently hold my masters in psychology and am considering returning to school to study clinical psychology. I was just curious if this would be an option in taiwan (thinking of offering counseling to other foreigners). I looked up license requirements but only found requirements for taking the test in Taiwan (which requires roc citizenship) can anyone clarify if this is a possibility?

Here is the regulation governing the exam for psychologist license, and foreigners can take the exam (Article 16), maybe in English to answer.

[專門職業及技術人員高等考試心理師考試規則](https://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=R0040037)

You need the license to work as a psychologist, iiic.

I’m not a hundred percent sure, but this _appears_ to be an English translation of the regulation:

> **[Senior Professional and Technical Examinations Regulations for Psychologists](https://wwwc.moex.gov.tw/english/content/wfrmContent.aspx?menu_id=3566)**
>
> Relevant Laws-Professional and Technical Examinations Regulations-Senior Professional and Technical Examinations Regulations for Psychologists

For reference, here is Art. 60 of the [心理師法](https://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=L0020098) / [Psychologists Act](https://law.moj.gov.tw/ENG/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=L0020098).
