# Licence Plate Frames

I’ve seen a few scooters around with frames around their licence plates… Purely decorative, no flip-up stuff or anything like that…

What’s the legality of having a frame for your licence plate?

I’m not sure about that, and the law seems fairly vague about modifications as it doesn’t seem to list things illegal or legal. It seems to be at the digression of police officers to deem things legal or illegal…Oh dear! Did I spell that digression?
