I’m sure you can’t purchase a used license plate if it didn’t come with a vehicle attached to it. I believe one of the only ways you might find one is perhaps by removing one from an abandoned vehicle. There’s white abandoned scooter that has been on Foo-Hu bridge heading in the Taipei direction for at least six months now. Take that one if you dare.
