Very soon here in Taipei there is an event planned to gather hundreds of people together and simultaneously light hundreds of candles, each person infusing theirs with their greatest wishes and hopes for the world’s future.

Natural disasters increasing by the month, diminishing resources, overpopulation, species extinction, disproportionate distribution of the world’s wealth…

What to do?

Heh… That’s an excellent point. How much of our ingrained habits stick around 'coz a more eco-friendly option “just wouldn’t have the same effect?”
