LIke Ghost stories at midnite---is the world ending?

You know how a lot of tv stations like to show nostradamus and other soothsayers predicting doom and gloom and the end of days for mankind, womankind, animalkind, etc during the new year times?

But whats up with the blue moon and eclipse on Dec 31st? Some sort of unusual happening on an auspicious day?

And furthermore whats up with the Sea Lions dis-appearing from Fishermans Wharf?? As you may know, after the Loma Prieta earthquake Sea LIons started taking over a particular area of fishermans wharf and have been there ever since. And there are usually a hundred or two or even 500 of the critters there. But recently apparently up to 1500 gathered near Thanksgiving but a few days ago, they are all gone. Usually they leave a group behind , taking turns to go out into the bay and the pacific to feed, but this time ?? All gonzo. And nobody really knows where they went?

Whats going ON??? Do they know something we dont???

(chitter chatter…shudder …shudder)

Great catch!

For once in a blue moon, this time it really will turn blue … sorta.

Our story may end but the world won’t. How will they remember us? Hope there is someone to remember USbut I doubt the next species that rules the planet will have any nostalgia for us.

What did Kurt Vonnegut say about the memorial for humans that will be read by aliens in years to come,

" We could have saved the Earth but we were too damn cheap."
