Hi,
The company who applied for my work permit the other day made a point of saying that the health insurance would be based on a monthly salary of NT $ X.
Is there some link between the amount of a person’s salary (foreign worker in Taiwan) and the level of health insurance coverage that they have, or is it an issue of premiums?
Any insight will be appreciated.

Yes, the higher the salary, the higher the premiums.
