Living in a Liberal fantasyland

Long time CBC journalist Larry Zolf lets loose with a load of anti-Harper gibberish, and gets lambasted by CBC viewers! Who’da thunk it?

Stephen Harper’s Neo-Conservatism

Der volken be speaken der minden mit der booten for der libben kiddens und der libben kiddens haf nein cluen

Canadians are proud of their beer and of Celine Dion, but not of the state-run CBC. They should fire idiots like Zolf and hire some Calgary Sun journalists :bravo: to balance the bias at the CBC. Hire someone like Montreal Gazetter E-I-C Peter Stockland or Calgary Sun Journalist Paul Jackson!! The Ottawa press corps and news media are a bunch of inbred third-rate bastards. I’m glad Canadians are waking up to this fact.

A newly released survey by MasterCard Canada’s 2006 Priceless Index indicates that a majority of Canadians polled have selected beer as their most priceless national beverage and Celine Dion as their most priceless Canadian star. A resounding 56% of respondents selected beer as our most priceless Canadian drink
And also proud of the Charter and Medicare

Speaking of Liberal gibberish, you would expect that after losing the last election on a platform of anti-Americanism, you would think that the powers-that-be would learn from their mistakes and tone things down.

Think again:
Please take a moment to read below, and consider what you are willing to do for Canadian democracy.

In the last 100 days, The Stephen Harper Government has put forward a series of policies that are seriously impeding Canada’s ability to be a sovereign nation. Under the smoke and mirrors of tax cuts and half-hearted subsidies, Mr. Harper is aligning Canadian policy with that of George Bush’s United States.

Which of these Harper policies do you think most aligns Canada with George Bush’s United States?

  • Cancelling Canada’s commitment to the Kyoto Accord
  • Assigning Fixed Election Dates
  • Catering to the NRA-style gun lobby
  • Destroying the Kelowna Accord
  • Tax increases for the poor, and tax cuts for the rich
  • Arming Canada’s Borders
  • Bowing to US Softwood Lumber Demands

Seven policies: Seven steps towards a Republican Canada.

Here are some ways you can make a difference right now:

  1. MAKE A DONATION TODAY to the Liberal Party of Canada
The Liberal Party of Canada needs your immediate support. Your tax-deductible donation will help communicate our strong opposition to Stephen Harper’s pillaging of Canada’s values.

A donation of as little as $20 is all that stands between a compassionate society, and the continuing smoke and mirror campaign of Stephen Harper’s Conservatives.
PILLAGING???That’s pretty rich coming from Ali-Babba & the 40 theives or should we just start calling the Libs the “The Pirates of Canada.” Someone needs to tell Steve MacKinnon that Republican-style ‘fixed election dates’ are the policy of two Liberal premiersOntario’s McGuinty and BC’s Campbell.

Please explain to me how a party criticize guns after they have appointed a made member of the Bonanno crime family to an important official post(Alphonso Gagliano)?
