Living wills in Taiwan?

The Terri Schiavo case has got me thinking about making a living will. The idea of being in a persistent vegetative state and not being allowed to die with dignity scares me senseless. Indeed, I’d just like to be injected with a death cocktail of drugs. Finish me off quickly.

What is Taiwan’s law regarding this? Would a US-drafted living will be binding here? What is my best option to ensure that my vegetating body would not be kept on life support indefinitely?

Taiwan does not have any Health Care Directive (Living Will) and would not honor the same.

In Taiwan, machines can only be disconnected if the patient is declared brain dead.
