I have tried the internet options and repeatedly applied msn.com as my home page but the computer goes to tw.msn.com anyway.
MSN is one of those companies that decide for you rather than letting you decide for yourself - you can’t win that game, so why don’t you dump them altogether and make your own homepage? For example, i use as homepage a list of links to the websites that i usually use (weather, dictionaries, search engines, etc.) - much more practical than any company’s homepage.
PS, to explain: it has nothing to do with internet options, it is something that their server does, based on your olocation.
