Just discovered this thread, and itās delightful. Like listening to a protracted scholarly argument over whoās responsible for thunder, Thor or Zeus.

I donāt disagree with the first part. Iām a Christian Bible teacher and, sadly, Iāve found that 95% of Bible-thumping Christians havenāt actually read it.
But this doesnāt mean that atheists are better interpreters of the Bible. Most athiests go off of hearsay when it comes to what they think the Bible says (which, to be fair is what most Christian do, too)
Sadly, we live in a society that just doesnāt read anymore.
