A few months as in “more than 3 but less than 6”? If its more than 6 months, I’d need to rearrange a few things first.
It is approaching 10 years for my business, so it’s been a long time. I recall taking in around four months approx.
Well yeah. You’ll still need to make invoices and show gross revenue to renew, but yeah. I did it.
So, 4 months to get your papers originally and in business this way for 10 years now?
Yes give or take.
Last Question: Can I travel to Taiwan on a let’s say a tourist visa while my Entrepreneur application is pending and then later adjust my status while in the country?
I want to get out of here as soon as possible and also, I once found the ideal spot to move to and don’t want to risk it no longer being available.
Please contact the CPA, man. That’s why I gave the business card.
10 years ago is a long time.
Already sent him an e-mail. I’ve just been at this for so long. I spend literally weeks scanning for the perfect place online. I watched dozens of YouTube docus about “Living in Taiwan”, read up about tax law and traffic speeds.
Filled out all that paperwork for the ministry myself. Got put on hold, got invited to submit more papers, made phone calls - and then, boom, it all fell apart.
So now I’m more than just a bit anxious - but heck, some things can’t be helped.
Thx for all the info!
That was quick.
Keep in mind a lot of online sites will show you photos from when the place was pristine, not what it’s actually like when you see it in person.
Well, yeah, I recon as much. But I also double checked the hood with vids from youtube. So, I hope I’m not completely misinformed here.
But I guess there is risk in everything. In any case, the place I’m in right now isn’t going anywhere good. So, its not like I’m throwing away a perfect hand here.
