I have to get started on my daughter’s passport and citizenship paperwork for Canada, and seeing as the photo size requirements set by the Canadian government seem rather strict, I need to find a decent photo shop in Taichung that will do it right.

Wherever you go, I suggest that you print the requirements from the CTOT and take them with you. I recall that it has a diagram of the rather unusual correct size. Used to be that they required the stamp of the shop that did them for you on the back of each photo. I assume this is still the case. Good luck.
