anyone know where I can get one for cheap at I am not taking my us one with me all the way to Taipei LOL. Oh do they come with mod chips preinstalled to or can i have someone do it for me.

Or you can buy it pre-modded. All can be had at Guang Hua Computer market under the HsinSheng bridge at Pa De Rd.
