Very sad news: David apparently passed away in Taichung on 03 Nov 2011.
I was his Korean student in Taichung 20 years ago and learned English from him for 1 year. I was recently trying to contact him and found this sad news. I’m very sorry to hear of his death. He was a wonderful teacher, I’ve never met such a great teacher. I will miss him all the time.
