I realize the current MOE in Taiwan does not recognize online degrees; however, I am wondering if a loophole exists in the following situation:
(1) your degree can be earned in either a traditional or online environment and
(2) the university issuing the degree does not indicate the principle method of instruction the student used to earn the degree.

I believe that situation number two is effective.
