I have a scooter which I would like to transfer to another person’s name, but have unfortunately lost the blue registration card. I live in Taipei County and the buyer in Taipei City, any ideas ?
If the scooter is under your name, no problem. Go to the registration place with proper identification and they should be able to issue new paper work.

Can’t help you with that, I went myself the last time I got a replacement. A motorcycle repair shop may be able to do it for you if you hand over your documents and chop, not sure if a friend can.

Oh really? The dealership where I bought the motorcycle from is charging me 1000NTD
But they may have to send some there to actually do it, if you want to save money do it yourself
How about the white paper for the insurance, can I also get a new one by myself?
