Lost in taipei

I went out with my owner to tapas last night and she went home without me. She took the other one home but not me. I imagine that she’s feeling very disorientated today having possibly bequeathed me as a gift to the taxi driver and then being escoted up to her friends flat by the security guard with her friend mysteriously stating that ’ she shouldn’t have done that to the security guard’ done what? thrown me at him? gave him a smacker? unfortunately I’ll never know as she’d already abandoned me by then…
It wasn’t really her fault. In fact in my humble opinion as a flipflop I blame the canadian who randomly sugeested that she and her freind switch from gin and tonic to ‘Canadian Ice Tea’ and concluded with the statement that ’ you can save twenty nt if you buy four at one time’…but forgot to mention that if they did this then she’d have to spend 100nt on buying new flipflops the next day…

Look, flipflop, sometimes when you feel that you’re on your uppers and your sole is heavy, you just have to stand up for yourself and take what’s coming to you. Forget about toeing the line and just think for a minute about how it would be if the shoe was on the other foot. Remember, never judge a man until you’ve walked a mile in his moccasins or you’ll forever find yourself underfoot.
