Hi,

I know there’s a book titled “Making out in Chinese” (by Ray Daniels), but I just want to know some of the more “romantic” words that I can use in Chinese. Here’s a list of what I’d like to tell my dream girl: (I’m a man btw :wink:

sweety / sweetheart =
honey =
cutie =
my princess =
my love =
sweet cheeks =
beauty =
I so much would like to kiss you =
you look so cute / hot =
I love you like crazy =
I cannot stop thinking of you =

I know for some there will not be a (direct) translation. But there must be a similar word. Vice versa, there must be some words in Chinese for which there is no direct English translation. Any suggestions?? Serious please… ok. Could you please use at least pinyin with tones. Chinese characters would be great.

You want the chinese characters for phrases you can’t even say? WHY? You gonna slip a hottie a note that says “I wanna lick your ear?”

BTW, how does one say “I would love to roll you in butter and slip slide away?”

idsmith, I can speak quite well already. I studied half a year at shi-da. Don’t worry man. Just wanna check a few specific words that is not in the book.

Guess it depends on whether you’re saying “She’s a ~” or “Her ~ in the moonlight overthrew you”.

Personally, I’d translate it as “屁股”.
Oh… no… wait a second, that’s “booty”.
Nevermind.

Omit the G. It's "tian2 xin1".

Not that your average Taiwanese would notice - they often confuse -n and -ng too, when the sound is preceded by a front vowel.
