My pal has visa issues, he overstayed and now needs to ask for mercy, eh, a visa at a location outside of Taiwan. Now, he needs visa for most places because of his passport, so Okinawa is now out of the picture. How about Macau? Is there an office there? Are the people friendly? He needs visa for HK, too, but no Macau.
