Just wondering if anyone here knows anything about espresso machines?
I have been keen on getting an old commercial one that needs work and either restore it or use the bits to make another one.
I used to tinker with stuff out in the garage, but this is something I could do here in an apartment. Any ideas where I would find an old one?

Follow Tempo’s suggestion or keep an eye out for restaurants or coffee shops going out of business. There’s a big market for them because new machines are so expensive. You might consider looking into used machines from abroad and bringing them over; there’s potential for a tidy little profit if you can find them cheap.
