I am traveling to Laos and China in two weeks time. What are other users experience with malaria prophylaxis in these countries?
Is Malarone available in Taiwan?

Don’t use them, never have, never will. And I’ve spent a lot of time in malarial areas - light colored clothing, long sleeves/legs, DEET and avoiding stagnant water particularly around dusk and dawn are all a traveler needs to do.
