True in my son’s case, but a lot of the ones who work with him are Taiwanese. Easier for him to get higher-end brands as he is tall and good-looking, IMO.

Sadly , most of the Calendar/Catalogue/ Posing stuff I have done , requires me to cover my face . Are they trying to tell me something ?
That’s not half as bad. They usually tell me to get out of the picture!
The immigration numbers don’t support your assumptions. I mean there are a lot of Asian mixed kids but few others in reality. I also know some foreign parents with kids here but really they are few in number.
There has also been some policy turns with organizations such as Forward Taiwan, among others, lobbying the government to NOT kick out kids and dependents of residents as soon as they hit 18. In this way, Taiwan is changing for the better. I hope we see more of this.

Iirc, adult children of foreign professionals with APRC can get open work permits. Maybe for 3 years.
