From your experience, is it worth to book a hotel pick from Manil airport? or Taxis will do fine? The pick up service is probably more expensive (685 pesos) but I am also concerned about safety, hassle of finding a cab etc.
As far as I know taxis stand in front of the exit and when boarding security asks you were you go and write down the license plate number of the registered taxi … DO NOT go on your own looking for a taxi outside the airport grounds (wild chicken taxis) because you want to save a few bucks … not a good idea …
But of course, hotel pick up is always the best and safest, it costs more.
