Does anyone know if it’s possible to be granted the marriage visa even if you don’t have a spotless criminal record? I have two misdemeanors from 10 years ago and it seems like I’m unable to get them expunged.
Need more details on what they were for?
One was trespassing and the other resisting arrest

Very unlikely you will get that visa and especially without any children residing in Taiwan. However please let us know if you do.
