Is it normal for Taiwanese companies to give everyone the same amount?

No, that’s a one off bonus across the company. There’ll be a separate year end bonus for local staff.

That’s good. Mediatek was previously known as a hot garbage chipset but they turned things around. Dimensity is a good chip.

It’s OK, but it runs hot and it makes running custom ROMs a problem because it’s easy to brick. It’s just relatively powerful and cheap, so it can capture a huge market.
