Whistle-blowing Protections?

It seems to exist in some forms in different arenas, even sometimes coming with rewards: laws.mol.gov.tw/Eng/FLAW/FLAWDAT0202.asp I ask because, yes, I have something. It’s potentially big, but for a private organization, not a public agency. I’m not hunting for a reward, and I’m going to the Labor Bureau anyway, but I would like to know what protections there are.

Can I post a consumer complaint on-line without repercussions

A major store has failed to live up to the terms of their most recent shopping promotion . What repercussions can I expect if they take offense to my comments. Everything I will say will be true and I have the documents to prove it in a US court. I am conserned because I have been told many times, YOU AREN’T IN KANSAS ANYMORE TOTO, and Taiwanese comsumers don’t have the protections of their EU or US counterparts.

Suing someone for slander

Somone has been spreading a nasty rumor about X person…for several years now. They have come back to X person ocassionally, rasing like nefarious stenches from the underbelly of a putrid sewer in the summer wind. This X person is now already pissed to the limit. Given that in Taiwan the Law is especially strict regarding damage to one’s honor and good name, and that both parties involved are long time foreign residents in Taiwan, how does one go into presenting a lawsuit of sufficient strenght a…
