Democrats Abroad Taiwan will meet at the old Taihoku Prison wall at the memorial plaque for the 14 American airmen POWs who were murdered in the closing days of World War II to lay a wreath to honor America’s fallen servicemen and servicewomen. The wreath-laying will take place May 31st at noon – the location is:
Jin Shan South Road, about a block south of Xin Yi Road on the west side of the street, next to the ChungHwa Telecom building. The memorial plaque is affixed to a surviving part of the old Taihoku Prison wall that lines a small alley.
