Metal film capacitor "outside foil"

I need help in finding what the “outside foil” of an unpolarized metal film capacitor is. I’ve seen some youtube videos but I’m unable to follow them well enough. I got a cheap oscilloscope and tried just grabbing the capacitor, but that hasn’t helped, or rather the difference is too little.

Is there any EE guys here that can help with this? It’s a particular generic brand of metal foil capacitor with a O as a logo, and following the finger grab test it seems the O is facing the “outside foil” portion. The caps are not marked in any other way otherwise.
