Micheal Mooreon has made another “documentary.” Wonder how long this will be a documentary until the facts do not support the legal case being made to protect him from slander. Then, it will be what just another creative effort? Haha

Oi!
I always knew Disney was fascist!
I’m boycotting Pirates of the Caribbean 2!
Johnny Depp or no Johnny Depp.
Free Michael Moore!!!
Free Mickey Mouse!!!
Wait a minute, that’s what one person says…
Notice Disney’s policy is no controversy of any kind so it does not ruin its family image. That means no rated R movies, nothing controversial, etc. so this to me would be controversial and nasty and that does not fit in with Disney’s family image. Besides, who is going to defend Michael Moore this time around for his documentary (bullshit), er that is creative endeavor? Would you want to be Michael Moore’s lawyer? Yes, but would you want to be the one paying the bills? No. Disney should get three gold stars just for doing something to temporarily keep this latest tasteless episode away from viewers a few months longer.
Oh suddenly we are in a fascist state? No one wanted to take Mel Gibson’s Passion and lookee lookee out it came and it made a lot of money. If people truly believe in that poseur Michael Moore, the movie will be made.
Christ, There’s a thought. That fat faux populist running around Cannes with nude starlets as a man of the people who hounded the head of Ford or GM and now has the same tax lawyers and accountants himself. Shameless hypocrisy.

moore is a lying publicity whore? who woulda thunk it?
Excellent post Flipper. I posted too soon. It appears that his “documentary” may soon be downgraded to another creative film as well. Oh big surprise there. Today’s little lefties toting their Michael Moore and Noam Chomsky 911 are a bit strangely eerily similar to the Maoist with their little red books aren’t they? I suppose though that they fail to get the irony of carrying such easy tomes around as proof of their “correct thinking” and as “badges of inclusion.” what a joke. Too bad they do not have a greater understanding of history.
Nothing controversial??? You gotta be kidding.

Too bad you don’t have a greater understanding of film history. You might not have beat such a hasty retreat from the last Michael Moore thread when the facts came in.
Who’s beating a hasty retreat. I meant by the time I had posted, Michael Moore was already stepping back from his claims and statements (as usual). That was my point? What’s yours MM?
Praise for Moore movie
AMERICAN film-maker Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 9/11, a savage indictment of President George W. Bush’s handling of Iraq and the war on terror, was cheered and applauded at the Cannes film festival.
Cheered and applauded. Oh well, facts be schmacts! Ha HEEE!!!
I just find it odd people can critise a film that they haven’t seen yet.
Based on the abstract of the film and forming a definitive I love it/I hate it opinion seems somewhat odd.
That being said. Just show the stupid movie and let the free market decide if it is good or bad.
The French suck. And they seem to love McDonald’s.
“…a new McDonald’s opens in France every six days. What’s more, the typical French customer spends $9 per visit, vs. only $4 in the U.S., even though a Big Mac costs about the same in Paris as it does in New York.”
Yeah Alien:
Given your elitist snobbery, how does that spending at McDonald’s by the average Frenchmen gel with your views of that sophisticated nation which should know better as opposed to the trailer trash that populate your own?

Wow! And the French aren’t even known for obesity, like Michael Moore and the US. My my… and they eat McD?
Moore film gets big ovation at Cannes
Michael Moore brought his own shock-and-awe campaign to Cannes on Monday, embarking on a daylong offensive as he presided over the world premiere of his new documentary, “Fahrenheit 9/11,” which takes a critical look at President Bush, his family’s ties to Saudi Arabia, his response to Sept. 11 and his decision to wage war on Iraq. At its competition screening at the French film festival, the movie occasioned an enthusiastic standing ovation
Yeah but Cannes is filled with the type of Americans who populate Hollywood like I don’t know intellectual bright lights like Barbra Streisand, Sean Penn, et al. Incidentally, these intellectual wonders tend to vote for Democrats. I hear that Babs is coming out of retirement (yet again) to give “one last performance” for “the fans” in order to help John Kerry. Apparently Babs (who cannot spell nor knows the difference between Iraq and Iran tricky last letters) has not been invited back to the White House to discuss “health care” since Clinton left office. Naturally, her lapses of intellectual stardom have not been reported on much by the press. This is the Babs who reacted angrily to news that Clinton had invited another “celebrity” to the White House to “discuss” health care (Read: blow me again toots) with the statement that, “but what does she know about health care?” Ah, yes, the intellectual Left in all its glory.
And no no Alien: It’s not booze or pills, JB has me smokin crack and snortin e.
Love Fred
Michael Moore is a talented documentary maker, PR guy and soundbite spokesman for important causes. But how did he get so fat? He’s gonna look like Marlon Brando soon if he doesn’t lay off the BigMacs!

Let’s see, now it’s ONLY Hollyweirdos and French who go to Cannes?
The Rightist Rheteric Reich is getting too predictable these days, anyone else noticed that? Notice how they flip flop? See them squirm? Pay close attention to how they stretch and stumble.
And listen to this:

What flip flops, what squirms?
Adding these “intellectual” American stars in the list at Cannes is flip flopping and squirming after predictably bashing the French? Jesus Alien, have you ever had an “intellectual” conversation with anyone about anything. Gotcha! Gotcha there! Bet you cannot answer that can you! huh? huh? Yeah, right! Gotcha! Aha! See! Cannot answer that can you! Hah! Gotcha!

Oh, poor little panty squirmer. I must admit, as a female, I could not possibly be as intellectual as you, Freddykins.
Nutcase!
But I must say, you’re one person who has prepared me the most for the whack jobs I’ll surely encounter in the coming months back in trailer trash hell. Byeeeeeeeeeee! Hope you enjoy being on this side of the Pacific where you can do less damage!
