Monday's Child

Monday's child is fair of face,
Tuesday's child is full of grace,
Wednesday's child is full of woe,
Thursday's child has far to go,
Friday's child is loving and giving,
Saturday's child works hard for a living,
But the child who is born on the Sabbath Day
Is bonny and blithe and good and gay.

How do you compare to the visions of those wise sages? I was born on a Sunday, so I’M HAVING NONE OF IT! :bluemad:

Nah, not true. My girl was born on a wednesday, and she is nothing but a happy, bright, bonny, blithe, healthy and wise kid! And I was born on a Tuesday, and I am full of grace, and if anyone thinks otherwise, I will make their online lives miserable.

I too was born on a Tuesday, and pretty much anybody here will attest to my grace.
My boy, too was born on a Wednesday and he’s far from full of woe.

Damn we must have had different books, I remember it as

Monday’s child probably owes you money
Tuesday’s child is a royal pain in the tucchus
Wednesday’s child is likely to get grabby with your wife during a drunken New Year’s party
Thursday’s child will only be heard from on holidays when there’s a chance for a free meal and an opportunity to swipe some folding from the old man’s wallet when he’s passed out on the sofa after dinner
Friday’s child is a bedwetter
Saturday’s child is not to be trusted around farm animals or the uncooked Sunday roast
And the child who is born on the Sabbath day stands a 500% higher than normal chance of borrowing your life savings and blowing it on NuSkin.

Only if you have one, most people I know are flat bottomed, the size of the bottom matters not.

Monday’s child has learned to tie his bootlace

I was born on a Monday. The entire verse must speak truth.

Yeah, whatever. Tell it to my wife.

She may agree with this, though:

Another Monday child here, reinforcing the veracity of verse.

20 bucks, let’s go.

I was born one morning it was drizzling rain.
Fighting and trouble are my middle name.

Saturday's child works hard for a living,

This actually is pretty correct for me I’m a closet case (at the moment unemployed, if you thought anything else you have a dirty mind) workaholic.

Not sure about the farm animal issue but a nice Sunday roast sounds great :lick:
Chief I’ll borrow this one to ask my friends when they are born. :discodance:

I was born on a Tuesday, and I’m very graceful.

btw, what is that NuSkin stuff?
