You get a bill, you go to any convenience store, present the bill, they scan it, tack your receipt to the bill, you pay and go, easy. The only limit is that you need to pay before the date they write on top of the bill, else you need to go to CHT store.
If you have a Taiwanese credit card, you can use it to automatically get paid through it every month, you just have to sign some papers.
I have the FarEas Tone $699/month unlimited everything. get about 70Mbps down/15Mbps up.
I set up fareastone payment through my foreign card and they took that too.
This running to 711 to pay bills is for the birds. All my local credit cards are on autopay
Remember. Some foreigners cant get credit cards. Others get them cancelled by racist staff.
I like to check my bills before paying.
