According to their ad in “This Month In Taiwan,” page 123, there is a pub called the High Heel Club on Shuangcheng Street, managed by a woman named Lisa Yuan. The ad goes on to say:
“Come visit Lisa, the #1 B.S. Talker in Taiwan, Maybe the World.”
Well, with bragging like that, I’ve got to ask … has anyone been there? Is it true?
