Red or white tile buildings?
I was in Anhe Road yesterday and noticed buildings opposite each other in red brick color tile on one side and white tile on the other. Same age and same amount of dirt. The red building looks acceptable and the white looks plain dirty. Who ever thought white tiles with black cement would look anything but crappy then keep repeating it endlessly?
Can you put concrete on top of bitumen/ pavement.
No, never could and never will be able to. Doesn’t stop anyone here from doing it over and over again. Lets see? Flexible surface covered by inflexible product. What could possibly happen?
Paint concrete or apply pigment in the cement mix or just leave the grey color and walk away.
Paint every bloody time with peeling and cracking and almost immediate crappy look.
Insulate buildings to save energy costs and increase comfort.
