Hi guys,i just bought a CPI 250sm but i don’t know how often it should be reviewed/inspected. Canthe inspection be done in any motorbike shop?
The law is … If the motorbike manufactured over 5 years, it need to be inspected for the air pollution every year within 1 month before or after the manufacturing (/original register) day. The test is free. But I am not sure it is necessary if ECU version. The specific motor service stations can do that. (not 2 hard to find out the stations.) If the motor doesn’t pass the test, it should be improved within 1 month. Or …if you don’t do the test, the government need your donate.

I think they only test emissions, so yes.
It probably couldn’t pass a DMV registration transfer inspection, though.

ok I gonna sell my scooter to a scooter shop, they say they need the copy of my ID and bike registration, is it safe to give those to them? I asked to go with them but they say no need
You could write something on your ID copy like “Only for the DMV” or something like that.
Basically, you want to limit the legal uses for the copy of your ID.
