I want to buy this online. Bol.com (a UK site) describes it as “Region 0 (not encoded).” Is this the same as the “All” configuration marked on the back of some DVDs? (i.e. will it play on machines made for the Taiwan market?)

Yeah Sandman, region ‘0’ discs are the same as region ‘all’ marked discs.

Mars Attacks! (1996)
Beetlejuice (1988)

Porky’s (1981) I was only 6 though, but still thought it was pretty funny.

You were getting high when you were six? Dude!

Yeah, we don’t muck around down under mate. What’s more, the old man encouaged it.

Faces of Death, the uncut version.

Okay, okay. Just evil kids. Don’t light your torches. I only corrupt the willing.

You, though, you’ll do just fine. Come here!

Probably the best places to look in Taipei would be Tower and Fnac.

A U.S.-based website called Deep Discount DVD has a region-1 copy for US$19.19. International shipping (“DHL Destination Post Office”) runs US$5.95 for orders up to US$25.

Baraka (but region 1) is US$14.39 from that site.

Quite a number of years back Czechoslovakia had made a number of very fine fairy tale movies - which were probably never seen west of Germany…

Just bought a play all region dvd player and a the wall dvd. I can’t get small in Taiwan, but I was feeling comfortably numb.

some wonderful movies have appeared here, but you’re all missing the best movie from the father of getting ‘small’:

            THE JERK

its merits and the wisdom it carries pay off in spades ‘small’ or not.

The Blair Witch Project, which, after watching a regrettable second time, blew.
