I would ignore what Trump has to say. Dr Carson was on Fox sharing his thoughts, he is on the task force and well qualified to speak. I do track the countries and look at the stats, especially the ratio to deaths vs known infections. There are worse cases than USA, but the USA looks like either it needs to be much more aggressive or there will be a breakout on the scale similar to Italy which now has 1/4 of the population on lock down.
