Hi,
I’m trying to watch something on MSN Video for the first time. The large video window pops up, commercials play (on the far right side), and the audio works fine. However, on the left side of the screen, where I assume the video is supposed to play, there’s just a blank white spot.
My OS is MS XP, with IE 6, Win Media Player 9, and as far as I can verify, I have the latest Flash installed.
What do I need to do to have the video portion actually display?
