Customer ‘made out to be a criminal’
Personally, I had the same problem with my own DSTV card 2 years ago, having paid for another 12 months subcription I was told my contract details and smart card number were never issued. I had to send copies of the card, contract and payment slip and receipt to Multichoice.
Only took them 6 weeks to admit I did have an account with them. :fume: :fume:
Seems some idiot in the accounts department had deleted thousands of customers from the data base. :loco: :loco:

Actually you are our subsbriber and I acknowledge the receip of proof of
payement you indeed faxed through.
