I have a question. Does anyone know a Club, Bar…and so on, where they hold jam-sessions regularily. I have been to so many clubs already, but I just participated one good session at a place called Buca Buca 1,5 years ago. It has changed the owner now, big pity. So, if anyone knows something…please let me know. Thanks in advance.

be careful… foreigners without the appropriate visa can get deported for playing live music in taiwan - for free or not.
How about the Living Room? I think it may have jam sessions.
Do a search for the address. It is out on Nanjing, Section 5 ? (I think).
AWOL is also correct about being careful, too.
dv8 on jinhua st is holding open mic nights on wednesdays from about 10. very low key but free beer.
