MJB gave me a cd the other day:
Cymande. Circa 1970-1975…they rock the F out. It is VERY easy to hear Santana in the early tunes and I wondered out loud if they had influence Santana or if Santana had influenced them.
So I did myself a little google and found this great site music-map.com/ which lets you know which bands you MIGHT like if you like this one. Now I don’t see Santana on the Cymande map, but theys a lot of good shit there.
