We all know about Turkish brothers shooting their sister for having a boyfriend, but this is new. [several incidents of domestic violence in Turkish families with male shooters at female relatives in Germany and elsewhere]
The story:
A Turkish gentleman had decided to take the niece of his wife as a second wife, he being 37 and she being 20. He simply abducted her. But … it seems the lady relatives of the young woman first tried to beg him and as he refused their plea, they finally drew guns (all 4!) and fired at him.
They were shooting to kill, but he is still alive. Mum of the victim of the abduction has been arrested for planning the crime.
