My grama's wall hanging

My grandma used to have a wall hanging (I hope this is the correct term for a picture printed on fabric). I have always wondered what it was all about. I would also like to know the artist , the name of the picture and any futher info on it.

It is about 180 cm by 70 cm. It seems to be a flower market scene in a European contry. There are a few carts with flowers in them, a few children playing ring-a-ring-a-rosy, a woman selling something and a man eating something that I suppose are grapes. In the left hand corner there is a man with a wagon. I think he’s a vendor. In the background there are many buildings including a church tower. A few cars are visable. There is also a bridge over a canal/river. Please help!

Good your grandma is alright.

No idea. But I like your avatar. Pure Afrikaner.

Sitting here bored on a Sunday in the company waiting for my customer who will never come, I tried Google Image search, but no results. But I found this amazingly ugly painting. It is by David Burliuk (1882-1867, Southampton, NY), “Two Girls in a Farmyard with Ducks and a Windmill”, Oil on Canvas, 15 1/2" x 17 1/2", Signed Lower Right

Estimate: $2,500 - 3,500.

(Selling Price: $5,800.00)
