My stunning girlfriend

The first time my wife came out of the bathroom with these skin coloured stickers on her nips, I got scared. :astonished: Something fell off, call the amulance!

Early in the morning I am not toooo clever

I think it means, “This Thread Is Worthless Without Pics,” but considering the subtopic under discussion in some of the posts of the thread, it could be some kind of quasi-onomatopoeic expression.

I am a Taiwanese “local”. And I am pretty sure local girls stare at your girlfriend because she has something beautiful these local girls don’t have. It could be the blonde hair. You know local girls like to dye their hairs blonde. It could be the big breasts. Anyway, if your girlfriend doesn’t look like a typical “white chick”, she won’t get these attention.

Black female or Latino female won’t get these attention. For most Taiwanese, “white chick” is like an angel, it’s not supposed to be seen on the street of Taipei.

By the way, it’s very easy to see “white dude” in Taipei now, but “white chick”? Especially a blonde one is not something you will see everyday in Taipei.

Anyway, tell you girlfriend try to enjoy these attention like a movie star from Hollywood.

“Most beautiful foreign woman I’ve seen in Taiwan” isn’t saying very much. I don’t know what it is, but why does Taiwan seem to attract handsome male foreigners and…not so hot… foreign females? I remember the girls back home being a lot better looking than this!

Care to mention any names, ML? (don’t! think!)

Once in the factory belt known as Zhongli I met two Canadians. One was with her Canadian b/f; she looked like some kind of new world Scandinavian model, tall, clear skin, great figure (it was winter, though, and she was wearing a heavy-enough coat), long blonde hair down to her ass. She was a looker by any standard.

The other was Quebecois and teaching at a buxiban (both English and French, I believe). She was not wearing a coat, and she did have a very good figure. Very attractive, probably mid-twenties, with natural dishwater blonde hair and quite lovely eyes. She reminded me a bit of Audrey Hepburn in that she was bright, willowy, and with great luminous (blue) eyes. I didn’t talk to her long, but I got the impression that she was either with b/f or not interested. (I get that a lot, though  ) Beautiful woman, a keeper I believe.

Again, Zhongli, not Taipei. You might be surprised to learn what jewels in Taiwan could remain hidden* to you.

girls stare and whisper because she is so pretty, also, because she is unusual in taiwan. (or infrequent). i remember moving to the uk when i was a kid, comming from hongkong prodominantly chinese. i was staring at everyone because they were to unique to me- but now i dont give a shit.

trust me, every year i go back to taiwan, i see more and more white people, this correlates with mainlanders acceptance. eg, i used to remember being well surprised if i even saw one white person when i was young. but now, i also dont give a shit because there are more and more. im still surprised when i see black people in taiwan tho.

anyways, only pretty people get that kind of attention in taiwan, automatically entering idolic status (is she famous? is she a model? oh my gah, she is so pretty! etc). the ugly mother fuckers dont get shiet,

thats what ive deduced anyway.

… been here for almost 2 months now, and i was actually wondering why Taiwan has this bunch of “not so hot” foreign males… like those guys that you would not even notice back home.

:nsfw:

Definitely nice
Hot!

I doubt SHE would ever be in Taiwan…riots would be a severe understatement…
…my Canadian girlfriend …just happens to be extremely beautiful … she is the most beautiful foreign girl I have seen in Taipei.

… here is her problem.

… girls stare

…and then they whisper at each other, then they laugh a little, then they stare some more. they do nothing to really hide their staring at her. [my stunningly beautiful girlfriend] believes they are looking for flaws, that they are looking at her in a negative way, that they are judging her.
Sorry. I had to look again at the initial post and I still cannot understand what the problem is that you and your girlfriend are bothered by?

Here is what I see:

1. Your girlfriend is stunningly beautiful.

That’s a real problem. :unamused:

2. Other girls openly look at your stunningly beautiful girlfriend.

Yeah… I can’t understand why people are so rude as to stare at stunningly beautiful people… what nerve. Gee, I wonder if people who are grotesquely deformed or are otherwise not as stunningly beautiful as your girlfriend are bothered by people staring at them? :s

3. Other girls might be looking for minor flaws in your otherwise stunningly beautiful girlfriend.

Wow. I guess this sort of thing has never happened in the history of our world (sarcasm alert).

I don’t see the problem, sorry.

Its like an extremely wealthy person complaining about the problems associated with extreme wealth.

Welcome to Asia! This is normal behaviour. If she can’t stand the heat then get out of the kitchen.

Sigh. It’s tough to be so hot. Gee, I know exactly how you beautiful people feel. To be stared at and ogled at and people wanting to touch you to see if you are real, pulling your hair hoping it’s a wig. Sigh.

So now I’ve just printed up pictures of myself with my autograph to keep my fans happy.

You could totally play off of this…when you notice green-eyed xiao jies staring and whispering at your girlfriend, point them out and whisper to her “They must be thinking what I’m thinking…that you are sooo damn fine. Here, baby girl, let’s make them jealous.” Not only do you get to boost your girlfriend’s ego, but you also let offending xiaojies know that their rude behavior is noticed (let’s not split hairs here; staring, even in Taiwan, is considered rude or else they wouldn’t get embarrassed when you return the favor), and perhaps you get to be turned on by whatever she chooses to do to help drive home the point that she’s hot.

See, everyone’s a winner.
