My Tax Rebate - lost my receipt

When I fileed for my taxes, they gave me a little blue receipt slip with my rebate amount on it and asked me to save it. I put it away safely, but it has now disappered.

Yesterday they sent me a letter to pick my tax forms up, but it doesnt mention the blue receipt slip, only my passport. Does this mean that the blue slip was needed for other reasons, and that I only need my passport?

You should be fine with your passport. The slips are your proof that you have filed taxes and are meant to be kept for a whopping 7 years.
