Need decent haircut in Taichung - Any recommendations

Hello,

Could anyone recommend a good hair salon in Taichung city? Would
especially like a place that understands English and has experience with Caucasian hair.

The Chungkungling (Chenggongling) military base will give you a nice, clean cut for NT$30 (if prices haven’t gone up recently). You have to wash the stubble off your head by yourself, though.
