This is my main reason for using a camera on my bike now. I mean, not to catch the aftermath of accidents, but so that if I’m ever IN an accident because some idiot comes round a bend on the wrong side of the road, I will have proof that it was his fault and not mine (and so that they can catch the guy if he does a runner).
That’s a fair reason indeed. And I have used cameras for that very purpose. The problem is that the GoPro is too big and expensive for this daily use, and the small cute one I used to have stopped working long time ago… (and I can not record audio anymore with my current setup, so no more vlog… 
)
BTW, this is not the first time I see cars in the ditch in YMS by night. There’s some night racing scene in this road that almost walk me out of my own night rides there… I’m not a very slow rider neither a totally reckless one like these people are. I like to enjoy the breeze, the curves, the peace… peace that these guys eclipse.
